Soho Property acquires Queenstown’s Coronet Peak Station

The New Zealand Herald Friday reported that Soho Property has acquired Queenstown’s Coronet Peak Station, adding a fourth property to its vast 55,406 ha South Island high country holding. Soho Property owned by Music producer Robert “Mutt” Lange already controls 33,195ha of Crown pastoral leases at Glencoe Station, Mt Soho Station and Motatapu Station.

Hirepool acquires assets of Cube Innovations, Hamilton, New Zealand

Hirepool New Zealand, announced it had acquired the assets of Cube Innovations, based in Hamilton, New Zealand. Hirepool acquired Cube Innovations’ assets of about 70 portable buildings, ranging in size from 3.6m by 3m, up to 12m by 3m.
